Hiring Me 
I take photographs because I love photography. I sell photographs and offer myself out for hire at sporting events because photography is an expensive hobby and doing so helps me pay for that new camera or that bigger lens that I all of a sudden can't live without.
With this in mind, if you would like to hire me to photograph your son, daughter, grandchild, niece, nephew, etc. at a local sporting event, e-mail me prior to the event so that we can discuss the possibility and work out the details. My fee for this service will depend on several factors, including but not limited to the following:
1) Whether or not I was already planning on photographing that event.
2) How far I would have to travel to and from the event.
3) Time it would take to photograph the event.
4) Potential for selling prints of that event to others.
When I am hired to photograph a sporting event I still charge for prints, so you may wonder why you should consider hiring me as opposed to just buying prints after the event. For one thing to make sure that I will actually be photographing the event, but also to have me focus on (no pun intended) your son, daughter, etc. during the event which will give you a much better selection of photos to choose from when it comes time to buying prints.
As a bonus, when I am hired to photograph a specific athlete, I will create a personal webpage on this site devoted solely to photographs of that athlete. This webpage can then be shared with family and friends anywhere in the world. In addition, I can either make this personal webpage public (anybody can view it) or private (can only be viewed by those given the user name and password) at the request of whomever hired me.

Note: Seeing as how over the past two years I have not sold a single photograph of anybody in the band, of any of the members of the cheerleading squads and any members of the High Flyers and/or Patriot Stars, I have decided not to photograph any of these anymore unless I am hired in advance to do so. The only exception will be those photographs I will be providing to Mr. Alvarado for use in the V.M.H.S. yearbook.
